ABOUT LINALina Forrester is a midwestern photographer + artist with a passion for natural elements, human identity, and the paranormal. She tells stories about these topics with the medium she enjoys tinkering with the most: photography.
Lina also loves to teach and work with children. She currently runs the Capital Arts Kids’ Photography Club, pro bono, in the hopes to give kids the opportunity to build a community while learning a variety of photography techniques.
PHILOSOPHYLina believes there is more to this life than meets the eye. From the perseverance of a violet in the shade, to the quirks of human behavior, to the greatest mysteries of the universe, there is always an invisible something that we can’t quite put a label to. These phenomena are Lina’s favorite subjects to portray in her work.
