ABOUT LINA
Lina Forrester is a photographer + artist with a passion for history, human identity, and the paranormal. She tells stories about these topics by visiting historical—sometimes haunted—locations and then sharing her experiences through her photography and blog articles.
Lina also loves to teach and work with children. She currently runs the Capital Arts Kids’ Photography Club, pro bono, in the hopes to give kids the opportunity to build a community while learning a variety of photography techniques. She also teaches art at Calvary Lutheran High School.
PHILOSOPHY
Lina believes there is more to this life than meets the eye. From the perseverance of a violet in the shade, to the quirks of human behavior, to the greatest mysteries of the universe, there is always an invisible something that we can’t explain. These phenomena are Lina’s favorite subjects to photograph and write about.
